Q:
What type of cars are in the show?
A:
You will enjoy a wide range of the most luxurious exotic automobiles in Houston. We won’t have a final list of brands and/or specific models until a few days prior to the event. However, we are certain you can anticipate to be amazed.

Q:
What is the deadline to register my vehicle?
A:
You may register the same day of the event. However, we strongly discourage you from doing that, as there may not be space available. We invite you to register your vehicle online by following this link.

Q:
When do I bring my vehicle in?
A:
You may bring it in the same day of the event, from 7:00 to 10:30 A.M. You may also bring it in on Friday, June 9th. There will be off-duty police officers acting as security officers, and securing the venue at all times, day and night, until the event starts Sunday, June 11th, at 11:00 A.M..:

How much are the tickets?
A:
Between tickets and some bites & drinks, you’ll be spending about the same as going to the movies. Adult tickets may be purchased at the door for 
$20 for adults (12 or older), and $10 for children 6 to 11 years old. Children 5 and under are admitted free (All children must be accompanied by an adult). Visit the TICKETS tab for derails.

Do you accept credit cards on-site?

Of course.

Can I get a refund?

A:
No. Tickets are non-refundable.

Q:
How much is parking?

A:
There will be a $10.00 charge for parking. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Will there be Valet parking?

A:
Yes, we offer Valet parking.

Q:
Is there limousine service available?

A:
Of course. Fabulous Royal Carriages will be on site and delighted to take you anywhere. They can also arrange to transport you in style to and from home or airport. Please call 713-787-5466 or ask our Concierge Desk. You may also visit their website at RoyalCarriages.com.

Is there taxi service available?

Is there ADA Parking?

A:
Parking spaces and areas for guests with disabilities are available and located throughout HARAS on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled parking consists of two types, van and single-spaced. Curb ramps are featured at the entrance levels. Parking lots surrounding the facilities also have spaces available which are located in areas nearest to the buildings. All disabled guest parking is clearly marked with signage.

Is there a Lost and Found desk?

A:
Yes. Please report any lost items at the Guest Services booth.

Q:
Can I leave the show and come back?

A:
Yes, you can leave and come back on the same day, just make sure you get your hand stamped before leaving.

Q:
Are cameras and videos allowed?

A:
Yes. However, only authorized media can bring heavy equipment. If you are part of a recognized media group, please request a Media Pass.

Q:
Are pets allowed in the show?

A:
No, pets are not allowed at HARAS.

Q:
Can I purchase cars at the show?

A:
No, you cannot purchase cars at the show, but you can certainly sit in and ask all the questions you may have, and make arrangements to purchase a car the following day.

Can I purchase accessories or other luxury products at the show?

A:
Yes. There will be a variety of aftermarket products and luxury items for sale.

Q:
Can we buy food or drinks at the event?

A:
Of course. There are luxurious restaurants and vendors available.

Q:
Can I bring my own food and beverages into the Convention Center?
A:
No. All food and beverage must be purchased at HARAS.

Is there First Aid available?

A:
Yes.

Q:
Is there a dress code?

A:
All guests entering the HOUSTON EXOTIC AUTO FESTIVAL must be appropriately dressed. Guests wearing offensive or indecent clothing will not be allowed to enter the show. HARAS and HOUSTON EXOTIC AUTO FESTIVAL reserve the right to determine what clothing is obscene, offensive or indecent without any liability. However, keep in mind you’ll be walking around, so don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes.
